Matthew Morrison has confessed that he would love to get British singer Adele working on the hugely-successful US TV show ‘Glee’. The actor, who plays fan-favourite glee club coach Will Schuester, is currently readying his own solo album for release.
Speaking to Metro, Morrison expressed his appreciation for the singer, saying: "I love Adele. 'Turning Tables' is one of my favourite songs right now. I don't know if she's an actress but I'd love to hear her music on Glee."
He continued to suggest that he would love to work with the London-born singer, either on the show or through one of his own musical ventures. He said: "It would be my extreme honour to work with her. I think her voice is from another planet. She's so amazing."
Adele is unlikely to be too reluctant to take up the offer: the singer showed her love for the show earlier this year as she said: "I f**king love Glee - love, love, love Glee."
Meanwhile, Morrison is set to come to the UK this summer for a number of shows. The ‘Glee’ star will play the following dates:
Glasgow Clyde Auditorium - June 7th
O2 Manchester Apollo - June 9th
The NIA Birmingham - June 10th
Brighton Centre - June 11th
HMV Hammersmith Apollo - June 13th
