George Michael Confirms UK Arena Tour Dates Set To Be Revealed

George Michael has finally put an end to rumours that he is about to go on tour - by confirming it!
The pop legend broke the news, that he will be touring across the UK later this year, on his official twitter account this morning.
The Wham! Star, who is never far away from controversy surrounding his private life, hasn’t played live in the UK since his two concerts in London in 2008, which he called ‘The Final Two’. He last performed live on a sold out tour of Australia in February 2010.
As one of the world's best-selling music artists, George Michael has sold over 100 million albums. His 1987 debut solo album, Faith, has sold over 25 million copies worldwide and made several records and achievements in the United States. The singer has garnered seven number one singles in the UK, and eight number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S. In 2008, Billboard magazine ranked Michael the 40th most successful artist on the "The Billboard Hot 100 Top All-Time Artists".
@GeorgeMichael said at 10.52am on Friday: "Ok, get ready people, TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!"
He later added the following tweets: "This tour will be very different from 25 Live tour...."
"For a start, having lost 15 pounds since then, I'm thinking of doing it naked...:)"
"Just to show off my youthful physique.....:)"
"You will probably be happy to hear that I changed my mind and decided to play arenas after all..... :)"
