Tinie Tempah has revealed that he is has recruited Pharrell Williams and Usher to work on his second studio album. The British rapper achieved huge success and critical acclaim with his BRIT Award-winning debut ‘Disc-Overy’, but has recruited American assistance to record his follow-up LP.
Speaking to PopDash.com, the rapper stated that he was in no rush to complete the project. Talking about production credits for the album, Tinie Tempah confirmed that he has already worked with Pharrell and will hopefully be collaborating with Usher soon.
He said: “I’ve been in the studio with Pharrell, we got some really amazing stuff. I’ve been talking to Usher a lot about getting in the studio so hopefully that happens.”
The rapper also stated that things were “shaping up nicely” for a collaboration with Irish chart-toppers The Script.
As if that wasn’t enough big-name talent to be getting along with, the rapper also confessed that he has been working with current UK Number One Adele in the studio. It hasn’t yet been confirmed if the duet will feature on Tinie Tempah’s sophomore release, but he confirmed that he had been working with the ‘Rolling In The Deep’ star during a recent interview with the Daily Mirror.
He said: "We're working on something together. It's going to be something amazing. You’ll all hear about it very soon."
