Three times MOBO award winner Beverley Knight has announced a UK tour for November.
Notching up the hits ever since her classic song 'Flavour Of The Old School' in 1995, Beverley Knight has had more than ten of her songs reach the Top 40. Her longevity is partly due to her innate talent, but it is also due to her impressive ability to reinvent herself.
Hailed for her incredible stagecraft and dynamic live shows that span soul, rock, R’n’B and funk influences, Beverley’s reputation as one of the UK’s most enduring live performers continues to grow. Announcing earlier this year that a new album was coming in 2011, she described the new album as being a collection of British Soul covers and confirmed the release would be on 4th July.
Whilst performing a one-off gig earlier this year at London's Porchester Hall, Beverley confirmed the album would be titled 'Soul UK' with the lead single being 'Mama Used To Say', a hit single original recorded by Junior Giscombe. The single will be released on 27th June.
