Wheatus Add Two Shows To UK Autumn Visit & Tickets

American geek-rockers Wheatus have added two dates to their UK visit in the Autumn.
Catapulted into the international spotlight by their 2000 hit single 'Teenage Dirtbag', Wheatus will kick off their mini-tour on September 27th at Liverpool's O2 Academy, the three-date jaunt will roll through the UK cities of Birmingham on Ocotber 1st and finish up with a show in London on October 6th.
Wheatus’ first and largest hit was 'Teenage Dirtbag'. Featured in the American teen movie ‘Loser’, the hit became an instant success amongst the teenyboppers and charted at number two in the UK. The band’s second single 'A Little Respect' was a cover version of Erasure’s 80’s hit, which also scored big success for Wheatus, reaching another high chart position.
Wheatus will play the following UK dates:
Sept 27th 2011 - O2 Academy, Liverpool
Oct 1st 2011 - O2 Academy2, Birmingham
Oct 6th 2011 - O2 Academy Islington, London (Onsale Now)
