Guns N' Roses Guitarist Survives Serious Car Crash

Hard rock guitarist Ron ‘Bumblefoot’ Thal has managed to survive a multi-car crash that left three cars destroyed.

The relatively new Guns N’ Roses guitarist posted messages online about the crash, which happened on Tuesday (31st), informing fans that he was ok. And in true rock fashion, the star bragged of the life-threatening ordeal via twitter.

“SUV just ploughed into me at full speed, my car is totalled and two other cars she smashed me into. I'm well enough to tweet, which means I'm not dead yet.

“I've spent 24 hours dealing with car rental, insurance and collision folks, banks and police – as the injuries begin to reveal themselves.

“Oh, please – I'm in Guns n'fucking Roses. This is all like a walk in the park!”

Thal’s Toyota Camry was hit by a SUV and then smashed into by a further two cars, leaving his car a write-off – but the musician was apparently saved by the car’s airbag and seatbelt, which he also went on to tweet about, writing: “Thank you @Toyota for the functional seat belt, air bags & crumple zone, you saved my skull.... http://twitpic.com/55fb9x

As soon as the hype over the crash began to die down, the talented guitarist returned to his usual tweets, and revealed the title of a new song which he has finished working on, entitled ‘Cat Fight’.
