Nicki Minaj Won't be Supporting Britney on her UK Tour

New York-based singer-songwriter Nicki Minaj has dampened the dreams of thousands of UK fans by admitting that she won’t be continuing her US stint with Britney Spears when the ’Toxic’ star heads to Britain for her Female Fatale tour.

26 year-old Minaj has been sharing the stage with Spears on a 26-date tour across the states, supporting her at each of the tour’s stops along the country.

But contrary to popular rumours, the ‘Your Love’ singer will not be making the trip across the pond to support Britney in her first three shows at the big three cities, London Manchester and Birmingham.

Writing from her Facebook page, Minaj said: "Sorry barbz, contrary to the recent reports, I will not be supporting Britney outside of the US on this tour."

This revelation now leads fans to the next question - who will support Britney on her upcoming tour? Female Fatale representatives have announced that there is currently no confirmed support for Spears, who plays two Ireland shows and three UK shows in October. It also unknown whether Jessie and the Toy Boys or Nervo, the two other supporting acts, will be performing on the UK legs either.
