Celtic punk band from Boston Massachusetts, Dropkick Murphys, have announced UK live dates for February 2012.
Anyone who are fans of bands such as Stiff Little Fingers, The Pogues, The Clashe and AC/DC should pick up a ticket to see Dropkick Murphys. Citing said bands as there main influences, band bassist and vocalist Ken Casey once stated that, "I think our goal is to be the AC/DC of Celtic punk rock”.
Dropkick Murphys released their seventh studio offering 'Going Out In Style' earlier this year in Spring with the album featuring guest appearances by a range of stars including Bruce Springsteen. Their title track was the first single taken from the album and was released on March 1st.

Sun 5th February - O2 Academy Liverpool, Liverpool (£17.00)
Mon 6th February - Barrowland, Glasgow (£17.00)
