Details of Noel Gallagher’s solo career may finally be ready to be unveiled this week, after months of hush and quiet about anything Noel-related.
A tabloid newspaper has reported that there will be a press conference held this Wednesday, where Noel will reveal all of the secrets he has been keeping since his 2009 bust-up with brother Liam.
Noel has apparently been recording tracks in Los Angeles this year, after a series of tweets (which were quickly removed) seemed to indicate that the ex-Oasis singer and guitarist was in fact in the studio in the US.
You Me at Six frontman Josh Franceschi tweeted "Can hear Noel from Oasis blasting his new tunes from the studio next door. Absolutely mental", while a cameraman named Nito Serna also added to speculation with this tweet: "Music video for Noel Gallagher out at Club Ed. Epic camera, techno crane. Should be an interesting day."
It has also been claimed by an LA studio that his debut single would be titled ‘The Death of You and Me’ – this could easily be named after the clash him and his brother had in 2009 which eyewitnesses claim saw the two stars smash each other’s guitars.
But hopefully, for Oasis and Gallagher fans worldwide, the proposed press conference will reveal what everyone has been waiting for.
