Gabe Dixon to Support Darren Hayes on October UK Tour

Aussie singer Darren Hayes has revealed that power-pop singer Gabe Dixon will be supporting him on his up and coming UK tour.
Dixon is part of two bands, The Gabe Dixon Band and Supertramp, but will be supporting singing phenomenon Hayes on his own as she supports his own debut solo album, which was released last August. The tour will take the pair of singers from Liverpool (on October 15th) to London (October 19th), with stops in Birmingham and Glasgow on the way. Hayes released this statement following her addition through his website.
“Gabe Dixon is ‘a fresh new voice in the power-pop firmament’. His just released solo album One Spark sees the liberated artist rocketing past his previous work. The Sunday Times calls One Spark ‘an album full of effortlessly melodic pop songs’ and Record Collector proclaims the album is ‘awash with hooks, harmonies and melodies that refuse to budge from your heart… smart savvy and utterly seductive.’
