Lee Evans Forced To Postpone O2 Arena London Concert

Lee Evans, one of Britain’s most loved comedians, was forced to cancel a show at the O2 Arena London last night, after a water pipe burst – leaving thousands of fans disappointed.
The comedian’s Roadrunner tour is in full swing following its start in August earlier this year, and last night’s gig was set to be the star’s stop in London until later this month. But, due to the water mains failure, it’s been forced to be rescheduled for Monday October 10th at 8pm. All tickets still remain valid.
A statement from the O2 reads: “We are really sorry for any disappointment that was caused yesterday. The last thing ourselves or Lee wanted to do was cancel a show but The O2 had to close due to the burst water main.
“They worked tirelessly to try and get the water supply back on in time but were unable to. Due to health and safety the entire venue was closed. We can only apologise.
“Due to Lee's manic schedule and how busy The O2's schedule is the only time we could fit another show in was on a week night - which we know doesn't work for everyone but is the best that we could do with the limited possibilities and we hope the vast majority can make the show.
