UK Soul Legend Omar Announces Special December London Show

UK soul legend Omar has announced that he’ll be putting on a special performance in London’s Floridita alongside his full band on December 1st.

Omar is undoubtedly one of the best known and most influential names in UK soul music. Currently riding high on a wave of great publicity for both the re-release of his classic 2005 album ‘Sing (If You Want It)’ and a nomination for Best UK R&B/Soul Act at this year’s MOBO awards, his appearance at Floridita Live is a hugely anticipated event in the venue’s already impressive live calendar.

Throughout the course of a career that has seen him sell over half a million albums and tour the world, Omar has long been a pioneer at the heart of the country’s soul scene. His collaborators include the likes of Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Common, Estelle and Angie Stone, and his smoothly innovative approach to modern soul music has consistently impressed audiences and critics alike.

Omar plays a special live show at Floridita in Soho’s Wardour Street on Thursday 1st December with a full live band, supported by the sultry and smoky vocal talents of Linley Weir. Tickets go on sale soon – so check the link below to compare prices from our trusted sources.
