American rock outfits Alter Bridge (pictured) and Black Stone Cherry have kicked-off their co-headline UK tour.

Supported by Canadian rockers Theory Of A Deadman, the tour rolls through six of the UK's biggest arenas and kicked-off in Birmingham on November 22nd, followed by last night's gig in Cardiff. The tour also visits Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and London.

The tour sees Kentucky's Black Stone Cherry, comprised of vocalist Chris Robertson, guitarist Ben Wells, bassist Jon Lawhon and drummer John Fred Young, promoting their third studio album 'Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea' following its release in May.

With Alter Bridge also on the bill, this double-header is definitely not to be missed! Alter Bridge were formed from the ashes of the band Creed, with the addition of vocalist Myles Kennedy. You may have seen Myles performing live with Slash on the former Guns N' Roses guitarist's recent tour. Alter Bridge released their third studio album, 'AB III', in October 2010.

Last night, Wednesday 23rd November, Black Stone Cherry and Alter Bridge performed at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena and Stereoboard photographer Craig Thomas was on hand to shoot some fantastic moments from the co-headline show.
