Tulisa Contostavlos Admits She Wishes She Could Manage Little Mix

After taking them to X-Factor glory, N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos has told The Xtra Factor that she wishes she could continue being girl group Little Mix’s mentor and manage them as they break their way into the music scene.

The X-Factor judge still hopes to be as involved in the girl’s career as she possibly can, but admitted that she isn’t qualified enough to be their manager. But, although she can’t officially be their chief, Tulisa did kindly tell them that she’d ‘always be there for them’ and that she’d help in any way she possibly could.

“I'm not qualified enough to manage them,” Tulisa said. “I would manage them if I was allowed to but I guess that's not how it works. I'm a mentor and I'm still going to be their mentor now that the show is finished. I'm always going to be there for them.”

She continued: “I'll get involved as much as I can and as much as the label wants me to be involved. We'll just go with the flow and give as much advice and help as I physically can.”
