X-Factor winners Little Mix have been receiving plenty of praise from one of the talent shows other successful pop groups – One Direction.
The girl-group became the show’s first ever group winners when they won the show on Sunday (11th), and some of the first to congratulate them were floppy-haired teen boy band One Direction – with Zayn Malik already rumoured to be dating Perrie from the group.
The band took to Twitter in force, with each of them writing a different congratulatory message on their profiles soon after the finale. One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson wrote: “Over the moon for @LittleMixOffic!”, while Harry Styles tweeted:
“Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!”, before jokingly saying “I advise them not to whisper to each other until they're off stage,” in reference to his controversial whispered message to Matt Cardle, where he was caught on camera saying ‘think how much pussy you’re going to get’ minutes after Cardle was crowned winner.
Bandmate Niall Horan continued the congratulations, writing: “Yes yes yes yes! Yeeeeaaaahhhhhh buddddiiiie! Congrats little mix, doin it for the groups, love them, jades a little cutie.” Zayn finished the messages, with his tweet: “Yes people yes ! :)”
