Van Halen To Announce 2012 Tour Details On 3rd January - New Album To Follow In February 2012

Following confirmation of a 40th anniversary tour in 2012, Van Halen are set to reveal dates, venues and ticket details on 3rd January 2012. Van Halen Tickets are expected to go onsale from 9am on Tuesday 10th January.

Van Halen's official Facebook Page revealed the exciting tour news over the festive period, along with a mass email to fans, directing fans to the band's official YouTube page to check out a "teaser video" announcing the tour.

The teaser sees Eddie, Alex and Wolfgang Van Halen, along with the returning David Lee Roth, partying on-stage, rehearsing, playing their instruments while recorded versions of classic tracks such as 'Jump,’ ‘Panama’ and ‘Hot for Teacher’ play in the background.



Van Halen look set to release their much-anticipated new album, the band's first with original singer David Lee Roth in 28 years, on 7th February. The album will be preceded by the first single and video set to première on 10th January.
