St. Spirit Release Video for Debut EP ‘Pigeon’ – Watch Now

Saturday, 14 January 2012 Written by Rob Sleigh

South London-based quintet St. Spirit have announced the release of their debut EP ‘Pigeon’, which is due out on 20th February. The band have preceded the release with a new video to the title track, which is available to watch below. St. Spirit were formed last year while all five members were at college. Their band name (pronounced Saint Spirit) is derived from the fictional island San Esperito featured in the Xbox game ‘Just Cause’ and not from the well-known Radiohead song as some have suggested.

St. Spirit have also announced four live dates in London to coincide with the release of the EP, including one at The Barfly in Camden as part of the HMV Next Big Thing festival – see below for all four dates.

St. Spirit are:
Myles McCabe – Guitar and lead vocal
Sam Robson – Guitar and vocals
Ryan Shettle – Keyboards and backing vocals
Joe Reed – Bass guitar and backing vocals
Josh Taffle – Drums and backing vocals

To find out more about the band, you can follow them via Facebook or Twitter.
