US industrial rockers Ministry are to return next month with a brand new album 'Relapse'. As part of a new world tour, Ministry have announced a handful of UK live dates for July.
For two decades Ministry's Al Jourgensen (pictured) has been stomping out extreme and intense metal. Their corrosive discography has garnered them a wide range of supporters, ranging from followers of aggressive, alternative-rock to fans of electronic music and hardcore head-bangers.
Ministry found mainstream success in the early 1990s with their most successful album, 1992's 'Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and the Way to Suck Eggs' After 27 years of performing, Jourgensen decided to end the band in 2008 and since then stated that a reunion would never happen. However, on August 7th last year, a reunion was confirmed when Ministry announced they will play one of their first shows in four years at the Wacken Open Air festival this coming August. New album 'Relapse' is set for release on 3rd March 2012.
