Reverend And The Makers Announce October UK Tour + Tickets

Indie rockers Reverend and the Makers have announced a full UK tour for this October following the announcement of their four-stop headline tour this May and their support of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds throughout February and March.
The Sheffield-based six-piece will kick off their trip with a show at Newcastle’s O2 Academy on Thursday October 11th, with the tour taking them through cities like Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol before they round off the excursion in London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on October 26th.
Frontman Jon McClure, a.k.a The Reverend, recently announced via Twitter that work on the third Reverend and the Makers album – the follow-up to 2009’s ‘A French Kiss in the Chaos’ – is currently in progress. The band are probably best-known for their 2007 Top 10 single ‘Heavyweight Champion of the World’ and their debut album ‘The State of Things’, which reached Number 5 in the UK Albums Chart.
