Aston Merrygold Rushed To Hospital Following JLS Tour Rehearsal

JLS superstar Aston Merrygold was rushed to hospital this week after an attempted backflip turned disastrous – and ended with the singer landing on his head.

The X-Factor boyband have been rehearsing for their 4th dimension tour – which they’ve promised will be an incredible experience – with the band working hard, enduring up to eight hours of rehearsals and practice a day. But, it seems Merrygold may have been working a little too hard – and ended up with a concussion.

“This show really has been blood, sweat and tears...and scratches,” Merrygold’s bandmate JB Gill told Now! Magazine. “We're all injured. One of our dancers slipped a disc, one had a really bad neck injury and one a knee injury. Then Aston fell on his head, which was pretty nasty.”

And backflips are just the start of the crazy on-stage antics the group are set to be getting up to on the tour – after the boys revealed that they’d roped in James Bond’s extremely talented stunt team to help make this tour the best of their career so far.
