The Cribs Unveil 'Cribs In Bloom' Video & Stream 'In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull' On Spotify

To celebrate the release of their brand new album 'In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull' which is out now on Wichita, The Cribs recently hosted a unique fan event in London. On a very wet and windy day at Shepherd's Bush Market, a special billboard poster site was erected featuring the album art, devised by friend of the band Nick Scott, and finished with a specially made 1 foot deep border of real flowers mirroring the flower design in the artwork. Throughout the day hoards of fans stopped by to help place flowers on the billboard and be part of the build. The whole event was captured on camera and the film is now available on YouTube.

In addition to this video footage, a selection of photos from the day can be found on the band's Facebook page here.

'In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull' marks a return to The Cribs' classic three-piece status. Recorded in upstate New York with Dave Fridmann at his Tarbox Road studio, London's Abbey Road, and Steve Albini's EAR studio in Chicago, the band have certainly clocked up the miles recording this hotly anticipated follow up to 2009's UK Top Ten album 'Ignore The Ignorant'. The full album is now streaming on Spotify and since the launch of Spotify's 'Play Button' function, it's available to be embedded as a player on any site. Simply right click the album title within Spotify and select the option to 'Copy Embed Code'.
