The Cribs Announce Huge Summer Show At Leeds' Millennium Square For Sounds Of The City

The Cribs have announced a huge UK show for next summer.
The Wakefield power trio, made up of brothers Gary, Ryan, and Ross Jarman, will headline Leeds' Millennium Square on July 11 as part of the Sounds Of The City series. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday (October 31).
The performance will follow their previously scheduled spring UK tour, featuring stops in Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff and Brighton between March 18 and 28. Tickets for those dates are on sale now.
Alongside the news, the band have shared a new single, A Point Too Hard To Make, which blends their raw indie-rock energy with melodic indie-pop. Bassist and vocalist Gary Jarman explained:
"All that 2000’s damage, basically. Small-town romantics – years spent longing for connection, escape, excitement – given in abundance, for an entire decade. What do you do when the party is over? Where does it leave you? We will let you know if/when we get there. We’ve still got each other though. That’s what this one is about, a bit of a kitchen-sinker, really."
It follows their summer single Summer Seizures as the second preview of their new album, and first in five years, 'Selling A Vibe', due out on January 9.
