Deap Vally Unveil Video For Debut Single 'Gonna Make My Own Money' - Watch Now

Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards aka Deap Vally have this morning unveiled the much-anticipated video for their debut single 'Gonna Make My Own Money'.
The video was shot earlier this year in the scorching heat of California's San Fernando Valley by Pablo Balderas and features a cameo from a beautiful 1970s Mustang.
With The Times declaring them as "one of the buzziest bands in buzzdom" yesterday in their Breaking Act column and the duo already picking up daytime Radio 1 plays, Lindsey and Julie's debut London show next Wednesday, 11th July at Old Blue Last promises to be a big night.
Last month's first ever visit to the UK saw Lindsey and Julie record their first ever UK session (with Best Fit Sessions) and featured as The Independent's One To Watch and as The Guardian's New Band Of The Day.
Hailing from the San Fernando Valley, Deap Vally break blues down to its simplest, most fundamental form: beat, melody, and meaning, while their scorching live shows are fast becoming the stuff of legend.
The duo release their debut single, 'Gonna Make My Own Money', on Ark Recordings on July 30th. The track is available as an embeddable stream from their Soundcloud page now.
