Plan B Unveils Video For New Single 'Deepest Shame' - Watch Now

Following his recent Number 1 with his third studio album 'ill Manors', Plan B has announced details of his new single, ‘Deepest Shame.’ After releasing two previous singles ‘ill Manors’ and ‘Lost My Way’, ‘Deepest Shame’ will be available to download on 10th September through 679/Atlantic Records.

The single’s video was directed by Paul Caslin, who recently directed the live video for ‘Lost My Way’ with footage taken from Plan B’s recent Forest Tour. The new video for ‘Deepest Shame’ features Michelle (played by actress Anouska Mond) one of the central characters in 'iLL Manors' – the film. Plan B is seen narrating Michelle’s tragic tale along with haunting clips taken from the film.

Debuting at the top spot in its first week of release, the latest offering from Plan B further showcases his talent for combining UK rap and soul through the art of storytelling. Produced by Al Shux (Jay-Z, Lana Del Rey) and Plan B, 'iLL Manors – Original Soundtrack Album' is made of music featuring on, and inspired and influenced by, the film. It includes a unique group of collaborators; Labrinth, Kano, John Cooper Clarke and Takura Tendayi.

Over the past few months, Ben Drew has barely stopped. He has released 'iLL Manors' - the movie, filmed a BBC3 documentary, toured the UK and also appeared at a selection of festivals including BBC’s Hackney One Big Weekend. Next month he’ll be starring in a remake of The Sweeney with Ray Winstone, as well as performing as one of the headliners of this year’s iTunes Festival 2012. Fans can apply for tickets from www.itunesfestival.com.
