Bay area legends Testament have revealed details of a free smartphone app, available on both iOS and Android devices.
The new app updates fans with news, the band's Twitter feed, song samples, tour dates, videos and much more - fans can download the app by pointing their mouse at either iOS or Android.
Testament have announced a run of four UK tour dates for later this month, following the release of their tenth studio album ‘Dark Roots of Earth’.
The band, one of the most popular of the 80s thrash scene, will perform in Glasgow’s Garage on November 27th, before travelling to Wolverhampton’s Wulfrun Hall, Manchester’s HMV Ritz, and London’s KOKO in the following three days.
Few bands have the capability to survive line-up changes, health crises and over 25 years of recording and touring, only to come out the other side primed to impress once again. With their latest album 'Dark Roots Of Earth,' they have proven once again that there is no stopping their relentless talent - with the band even managing to reach their highest chart position ever at Number 12. So, if you’re a fan of the band, 2012 is a pretty good year to see the iconic thrashers perform one of their trademark intense live shows.
