Letlive. are to make their anticipated return to the UK during the build-up to the release of their new album in 2013. They get to tick off an item from their bucket list too, seeing as their live return will come in the form of a tour with Deftones.
Says frontman Jason Aalon Butler of the announcement: "I once told my father that I wanted to do rock music. This was because I saw this dude with bleached hair, Dickies, and tube socks to accompany his low top Converse, jump off the PA speakers into a crowd that seemed overly eager to break his fall at a Warped Tour date at Cal State Dominguez Hills in the mid 90s. That "dude" was a man named Chino Moreno from a band called Deftones. Now I'm playing rock music for a living...and I'm going to be playing it with the man that served as a catalyst to my "career" on a tour cross the globe. Pretty fucked up.”
Following a whirlwind 2011, during which they captured the ears, hearts and imagination of rock fans across the globe, letlive. have been holed up in the studio working on the follow-up to their critically acclaimed Epitaph Records release ‘Fake History’.
