Adele Learns "Belly Breathing" To Help With Stage Fright

Superstar soul singer Adele is arguably the most successful artist of the 2010’s, but still gets massive amounts of stage fright - and is reportedly learning ‘belly breathing’ to help deal with it.
The super-selling 24 year-old took over the world in the past two years, topping charts across the globe - and performing everywhere too. But, despite her huge success and incredible fan-base, Adele still suffers from stage fright (something she’s had since age 16), and has been advised by Ayda Field - Robbie Williams’ wife - to learn to belly breathe ahead of her highly-anticipated Academy Awards performance this weekend.
A source told The Daily Star: “Adele has suffered with terrible stage fright since she was 16, but now it's worse than ever. She knows all eyes are on her after almost a year out of the spotlight, so she needed something to help her with it.
“Ayda was the first person to tell Adele about belly breathing, and how it had helped Robbie overcome his performing anxiety in recent years. It's done wonders for Adele since she started getting daily sessions from a leading Indian practitioner. She's being taught to breathe with her diaphragm instead of her chest, which is making an enormous difference."
The source added finally: “Adele has said it feels like she's in a whole new phase of her life where performing is concerned, and is confident she can beat her stage fright once and for all.”
