Adele Announces Four Extra Summer Shows In Munich Due To Demand

Adele has announced four more shows in Germany for this summer.
The English powerhouse vocalist will now also play European exclusive concerts in Munich Messe on August 14, 16, 23 and 24, in addition to her previously confirmed shows on August 2, 3, 9 and 10.
She'll perform at a bespoke, open-air arena with 80,000 capacity that will feature standing areas and seated grandstands. Take a look at some mock-up pictures of the venue below.
The shows will be Adele's first in mainland Europe since 2016. You must register at Adele.com by 6pm CET on February 5 for a chance to purchase tickets. Registered fans will be given access to a pre-sale that opens at 10am CET on February 7.
Pre-sale tickets will also be available via Ticketmaster from 2pm local time on February 8, ahead of general sale at 10am CET on February 9.
Introducing the initial shows online, Adele said:
"So a few months ago I got a call about a summer run of shows. I’ve been content as anything with my shows in London's Hyde Park and my residency in Vegas, so I hadn’t had any other plans. However, I was too curious to not follow up and indulge in this idea - a one off, bespoke pop-up stadium designed around whatever show I want to put on? Ohh!? Pretty much slap bang in the middle of Europe? In Munich? That’s a bit random, but still fabulous! Right after the Euros? Come on England! With the Olympics next door? Go on Simone! And some of my favourite artists playing shows too? Why…YES!! I haven’t played in Europe since 2016! I couldn’t think of a more wonderful way to spend my summer and end this beautiful phase of my life and career with shows closer to home during such an exciting summer.

The superstar singer, whose latest album is 2021's '30', will begin the last leg of her Las Vegas residency, Weekends With Adele, tonight (February 2).
