Fleetwood Mac Top Stereoboard's Hot Ticket Chart For Second Week Running

British-American rock icons Fleetwood Mac have held onto the #1 spot in this week’s hot tickets chart, as tickets for their tour - in celebration of the 35th anniversary of ‘Rumours’ - continue to sell like hotcakes.

Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood and the gang are all hitting the road for a long overdue world tour, and with two brand new tracks in ‘Sad Angela’ and Miss Fantasy’, the gigs are set to be spectacular. And, as mentioned, 2013 is the anniversary of the super-selling ‘Rumours’ album, which has sold over 40million copies worldwide - earning it a prestigious Diamond certification in various countries across the globe.

The #1 spot on this week’s Hot Ticket chart is one of the only #1s Boyzone have failed to hit in their illustrious career, but they came close, peaking at #2. They tour UK arenas this November and December in celebration of their 20th anniversary - it’s a must see event for fans, so make sure you don’t miss out if you’re one of them!

The second boyband to feature in the Top 3, One Direction are about to embark on their biggest UK tour yet. Recent single ‘One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks)’ has been a hit, and with the band winning a BRIT for Global Success (as well as performing at the ceremony), it’s no surprise they’ve hit #3.

Last week’s #3 Mrs Brown’s Boys still hasn’t left our Top 5, and the adaption of the BAFTA award winning sitcom sits at #4. Hip-hop star Kanye West has had to a second and third date to his brief trip to London this spring due to demand - a demand that has catapulted him into our #5 position.

The Who slid to #6 this week, but mostly because most of you have already bought your tickets. The tour is based around a new concert version of 'Quadrophenia', personally directed by Roger Daltrey himself. It focuses on the original album and replaces the narrative used in previous stage versions with powerful imagery projected on an array of massive screens, designed to support the music by setting it in the context of the history of the band.

A no-show in the charts last week, Canadian superstar Justin Bieber has hit #7 as fans try to grab last minute tickets to his February and March UK tour. Nick Cave and
the Bad Seeds
hold the #8 spot, after announcing an autumn UK tour in support of ‘Push the Sky Away’.

Welsh rockers Stereophonics have fallen once again to #9, but are doing well to remain in our charts for so many weeks. Superstar performer Beyonce has been shifting a fair few tickets for her Mrs Carter Show tour. for which she has announced new gigs.
That completes this weeks Top 10 - but who will feature in next week’s list? Beyonce has new gigs on sale, while her husband has been announced as the headline act for Wireless Festival 2013 alongside Justin Bieber. 18 year-old indie-folk star Jake Bugg is a good shout for next week, while The Boss himself Bruce Springsteen has been hired to open the brand new Leeds Arena.

For now, check out the list and grab any tickets you need as soon as possible - there’s tickets to a lot of really popular tours on sale now!
