Fleetwod Mac Fly Straight To Top Of Stereoboard's Hot Tickets Chart

British-American rockers Fleetwood Mac have unsurprisingly fought their way to the top of our Hot Tickets Chart this week, pipping last week’s leaders The Who - who fell to #2.

The iconic outfit are finally returning for a full, proper world tour, where they’ll be performing at least two brand new tracks - ‘Sad Angela’ and ‘Miss Fantasy’. They’re also celebrating the 35th anniversary of their seminal album ‘Rumours’, meaning that when the band hit the UK in September and October later this year, fans are guaranteed a good time.

Last weeks chart-toppers The Who are still flying high at #2, thanks to this new concert version of 'Quadrophenia', personally directed by Roger Daltrey himself. It focuses on the original album and replaces the narrative used in previous stage versions with powerful imagery projected on an array of massive screens, designed to support the music by setting it in the context of the history of the band.

Mrs Brown and her boys have held on to the #3 spot this week, as tickets continue to sell at a high rate - they haven’t left the Top 5 since our charts began. ‘For the Love of Mrs Brown’ is the brand new Mrs Brown stage production coming from Brendan O’Carroll and BAFTA award-winning sitcom Mrs Brown’s Boys.

Our second newcomer to the chart this week is Beyonce, who announced her brand new ‘Mrs Carter Show’ world tour following her performance at the Superbowl. She joins Welsh rockers Stereophonics - who climb two places - to complete the Top 5 this week.

On the other half of the Top 10, we’ve got non-mover Pink, who tours in spring, and Bon Jovi whose new album ‘What About Now’ hits shelves in March. It seems most of you bought your Eminem tickets last week, as he’s dropped from #2 to #8!

Completing the Top 10 is Neil Young, who climbs one spot to #9, and newcomer Leonard Cohen - he performs a one-off gig in London this June.

Next week’s list looks like it’ll be featuring some old names - with tickets to thrash metal titans Megadeth, Irish boyband Boyzone, and The Big Reunion - featuring six reformed classc pop groups - tours all going on sale. Olly Murs and Kasabian also have on sales - where do you think they’ll feature in the list (if they even make it)? Let us know in the comment section below.

For now, check out the list and grab any tickets you need as soon as possible - there’s tickets to a lot of really popular tours on sale now!
