Foals Unveil 'Late Night' Video - Watch Now

Oxford indie-rockers Foals have unveiled the brand new music video for their track ‘Late Night’ - and it’s guaranteed to cause controversy.
The new single is taken from their third album ‘Holy Fire’, which hit #2 upon release back in February, and follows ‘Inhaler’ and ‘My Number’, which were also taken from the album.
Late Night - a stark, fragile, stripped back song that puts hairs on the back of the neck - comes with a video dosed in shock and awe that is likely to cause controversy. It was made in Romania by LA-based Australian/Iranian video producer du jour ‘Nabil’ (Frank Ocean, Kanye West, Nas) and premiered yesterday - you can check it out below!
Speaking of the track and it’s lyrics, frontman Yannis Philippakis said: “Some of that is to do with my grandmother, and to do with ageing, and being on the verge of passing over into something else, and having remorse and guilt. Byzantine guilt… bloodlines, and disappointment, and the unwinding of genes."
Foals perform in Nottingham’s Rock City tonight, Portsmouth’s Pyramid tomorrow, and twice in London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 28th (one regular, one matinee). If you need Foals tickets, check the dates and links below the video to find them through Stereoboard!
