MS MR Announce Summer UK Dates

Noir-Pop New Yorkers MS MR have announced a summer European tour, taking in three UK shows in Manchester, Birmingham and London.

The announcement follows MS MR's recent UK tour with Bastille and their headline show at XOYO in London on March 11th.

The new tour will follow the May 14th release of debut album ‘Second Hand Rapture’, which has been written and produced by the band with additional production and mixing by Tom Elmhirst (who has previously worked on the albums 'Back To Black' and '21').

Comprising of London-born Lizzy and Idaho native Max, MS MR have been making waves via two underground EP’s exciting everyone from NME (2013 One to Watch) and Pitchfork to Jay-Z, Tom Ford and Grimmy. The band have come to attention with a unique and thrilling mix of limited edition EPs, arresting videos, gifs and still imagery, some superlative live shows in the US and Europe and tumblr where the band have quickly become stars within their community using gifs, images and quotes to embed and express themselves. Check out the video for their current single 'Fantasy', which was released on 10th March.

Thu July 11th 2013 - The Haunt, Brighton, Brighton
Mon July 15th 2013 - Academy 3, Manchester
Tue July 16th 2013 - Institute, Birmingham
Wed July 17th 2013 - Electric Ballroom, London
