Melodic death metal outfit The Black Dahlia Murder have released a video of them performing their track ‘Moonlight Equilibrium’, ahead of the release of their new album ‘Everblack’.
Taken from their Columbus, Ohio gig on November 9th last year, fans can watch Trevor Strnad, Brian Eschbach, Ryan Knight, Max Lavelle, and Alan Cassidy performing the critically-acclaimed track in the video below. There’ll be two more live clips posted in the coming weeks - keep your eyes peeled for updates!
The band's brand new album ‘Everblack’, will be released in less than a month - you’ll be able to grab it on June 11th. Following the overwhelmingly positive reaction to ‘Into the Everblack’, the band has partnered with Revolver Magazine to stream another song from the album - ‘Rape in Hatred by Vines of Thorn’. You can listen to that here.
The cover art for Everblack was painted by renowned artist Nick Keller with Weta, whose recent projects include The Hobbit, Avatar, Chronicles of Narnia, and more. Recording was completed at Audiohammer Studios, Rustbelt Studios, and Regal Fecal, while mixing was handled by Jason Suecof and Ryan Williams and mastering was completed by Alan Douches at West Westside.
Fans can stream ‘Into the Everblack’ now from this link. There is also a variety of limited edition pre-order bundles - fans can grab Everblack on a double gatefold LP with purple/white marbled vinyl, along with ‘crime scene bundles’ - an evidence pack, which includes toe tags, deceased band member photos, spent shotgun shells, and more.
If you’re a fan of the band, you’ll be happy to know they’re hitting the UK for a trio of gigs in support of their new album - if you need tickets, check the dates and links below the video to find a pair through Stereoboard.
