Last year Columbus, Ohio duo twenty one pilots signed to prestigious label Fueled By Ramen and have since had a whirlwind 12 months. They’re now ready to hit the UK with their label debut album 'Vessel' to be released later this year and following an incredible sold out show at the Barfly in March the band have announced a small UK run. They will kick things off at London’s Underworld on 6th June and will return in August for two more regional shows in Birmingham on 19th August and Manchester on 20th August ahead of their performances at Reading/Leeds Festival. Their second single ‘Migraine’ will be released on 17th June.
Having already self-released two albums, the first in 2009 and second in 2011 the duo quickly attracted serious label attention following a sold out hometown show in Columbus – known for their irrepressible on-stage energy, twenty one pilots have built an avid international following with their crazy live performances.
'Vessel' sees Twenty One Pilots expanding upon the distinctive fusion of piano-driven indie-rocktronica, ably supported in the studio with superstar producer Greg Wells (Weezer, Adele, Aerosmith) behind the board.
