Bros 'Genuinely Up' For Reunion, Says Matt Goss

Monday, 12 August 2013 Written by Elliott Batte

Bros have hinted that a reunion may finally be on the cards, over 20 years after they split.

With dozens of classic acts and bands reforming in recent times, a Bros comeback would be timely and with a 20th anniversary to celebrate, it looks like we may ‘genuinely’ see it happening, according to Matt Goss.

Speaking to BBC Newsbeat, Goss - brother of Luke - revealed that he’d met up with bandmate Craig Logan, and they talked about reuniting:

“I was just with Craig, actually, a week ago in LA and it was really good. I think I can say this without annoying anyone, but I think we're all actually genuinely up for it finally. It really comes down to the right promoter coming in and saying, 'We understand what Bros was. Wembley Stadium was your last show - 70,000 people'.”

He continued on to admit it would have to be an ‘extravaganza’ of a show if it does happen.

“Unless we can do it where it really is an extravaganza, where it's a show that people can just go, 'I love these guys, they are bonkers because they love putting on a show', then there's no point in doing it.”
