Two Door Cinema Club have confirmed a huge December show at London's O2 Arena.
The indie giants will play the venue on December 13 to round off their year, having turned out at Glastonbury, T In The Park and V Festival in recent months. Guitarist Sam Halliday told NME:
"It doesn’t feel real yet, at the moment it feels like a dream. It’s testing the water of a new sort of show. I went to see Beyonce at the O2 recently and that show definitely fits in the O2. Then I think back to that and think of our show at the minute... We want to try and fill the stage a bit more and be confident commanding a crowd rather than just playing the songs."
They have also confirmed the release of a new three-track EP, 'The Changing Of The Seasons', which will land on September 30. Its title track will be premiered on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show at 7.30pm on August 15.
Tickets for the O2 Arena show are on sale at 9am on August 21, priced at £26 for standing and £16 for seats.
