Frank Turner has confirmed that he will support Green Day at their intimate Brixton Academy show on August 21.
The folk-punk star announced the news via Twitter, having recently spent time on the sidelines due to a back problem, which forced him to cancel a series of European festival dates.
Green Day are warming up for their headline slots at Reading and Leeds this weekend, with Turner also set to perform following a pre-show of his own at the Hatfield Forum on August 22.
