Western Sand To Support Black Star Riders On Winter UK Tour

Rising UK rockers Western Sand have been confirmed as the opening band on Black Star Riders' UK and Ireland tour later this year.
Western Sand have just released their self-titled debut EP and it's a scorcher. Four tracks of ballsy rock n' roll with more swagger than jagger and a cheeky glimpse of what this young band have to offer demonstrates what to expect later this year.
This latest tour announcement continues the bands upward momentum; already Western Sand have supported the likes of Nazareth, Reckless Love, Jettblack, The Treatment, Heavens Basement and Voodoo Six.
Speaking about the new support shows, frontman/guitarist Tyler Hains said: “We're nervous, excited but more than anything absolutely stoked to be a part of such a prestigious tour. To be sharing the stage with some of the finest musicians in the business is a real honour and we can't wait for the tour to kick off."
Also confirmed for the tour are special guests the Dead Daisies.
