Robbie Williams has revealed the brand new video for Go Gentle.
The video was filmed in downtown Los Angeles and shows Robbie "sailing" down the streets as captain of a ship. The single will be released on November 11 and is the first to be released from Robbie's forthcoming album 'Swings Both Ways' which is released on November 18.
'Swings Both Ways' features a selection of classic songs including Dream A Little Dream (with Lily Allen), I Wan’na Be Like You' (with Olly Murs) and Little Green Apples (with Kelly Clarkson). Brand new tracks include Go Gentle, Soda Pop (with Michael Buble) and Swings Both Ways, written and performed with Rufus Wainwright.
The album sees Robbie reunited with Guy Chambers, with whom he wrote six new songs. Chambers also produced the album.
Robbie recently announced that he will perform a one off show at the London Palladium, performing songs from 'Swings Both Ways' with a stellar line up of special guests. A DVD of the show, 'Robbie Williams: One Night At The Palladium' including the full gig and behind the scenes footage will be released on December 9. Specific details of the Palladium show are to follow soon.
