Guns N' Roses have hinted that a worldwide tour could be in the pipeline, after recently confirming a handful of shows in Mexico and South America.
The band, led by the somewhat notorious Axl Rose, announced a string of dates via gunsnroses.com, accompanied by a message indicating that the South American dates are just the beginning of a wider trek.
"In 2014 Guns N’ Roses are setting up tour plans, beginning with a return to South America for multiple dates in the spring."
Things have been pretty quiet for Guns N' Roses recently. Guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal told Rolling Stone last year that once the group finished their live schedule they would once again focus on making music, however, Axl and co haven't announced any plans for new music since they released their 2008 album 'Chinese Democracy', their first record of all new material since 1991.
"We just have little things on the back burner, just waiting for the right time for us to organize and make something new out of it. Hopefully we can make more music – that's what it's about."
