Night One Of Lewis Capaldi's Two BST Hyde Park London Shows To Be Globally Livestreamed

Lewis Capaldi has announced plans to livestream the first of his two sold-out back-to-back headline performances at BST Hyde Park this weekend.
The huge shows will wrap up the 2026 edition of the London concert series, with the BRIT Award-winning Scottish singer-songwriter set to headline the Great Oak Stage this Saturday (July 11) and Sunday (July 12).
The first of the two nights will be broadcast live worldwide, exclusively on YouTube for free from 8.45pm BST on Saturday. Billed as Lewis Capaldi: Live at American Express presents BST Hyde Park, it marks one of a few occasions a Hyde Park concert has been broadcast live globally, joining events like 2005's Live 8 and Paul McCartney's 2010 concert. The livestream will open with a 10-minute short film created for the event by creative director Rory Dewar. The full performance will also remain available on YouTube for fans to watch again at any time.
Capaldi kicked off his run of summer UK and European shows, the biggest of his career so far, last month with headlining sets at both the Isle of Wight Festival and TRNSMT. He'll continue the tour with two dates at the In The Park Festival at Newcastle's Exhibition Park this Wednesday and Thursday (July 8 and 9) before his two London shows on the weekend and performances at Latitude Festival, Liverpool's Sefton Park, Belfast Vital and Manchester's Wythenshawe Park next month.
Capaldi released the four-track EP 'Survive' last year and in May put out the surprise 'Live From North America' EP, a four-song collection from his North American tour earlier this year. During his TRNSMT appearance, he told fans that he'll return to the recording studio after his summer gigs to start work on the follow-up to his 2023 album 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent'.
