Sharon Van Etten has released a short trailer for her new album, 'Are We There'.
Expected in May, the record features contributions from Mackenzie Scott, who performs as Torres, Jana Hunter of Lower Dens and Peter Broderick.
In a recent interview with NME, Van Etten said:
“I decided I needed to prove to myself that it was my songwriting. My writing's getting better and the arrangements are getting weirder, in a good way.”
Van Etten will head to the UK in August, when she will join Neutral Milk Hotel, Beirut, Kurt Vile, First Aid Kit and Daughter at Green Man Festival.
