Thursday, 06 March 2014 Written by Jon Stickler

Reverend And The Makers, Sonic Boom Six and Max Raptor are among the latest acts confirmed to join the Camden Rock Festival line up, alongside a host of other acts.

Over two hundred of new and established guitar bands will perform across twenty venues in Camden Town, celebrating everything about rock music right now in 2014. It’s a one-mile run of music all happening on what has always been London’s most rock n’ roll streets.

As of today, also confirmed to join the bill are the following bands: Gnarwolves, Straight Lines, Bleech, Messenger, The Hype Theory, Rob Jones (Missing Andy), Cytota, To The Bones, The Mercy House, Young Aviators, Legend In Japan, Flood Of Red, Messenger, Attention Thieves, Mia Klose, Burning Beaches, Vox Empire, Hey Vanity, The Dash, Damn Dice, The Derellas, Blast Until Moscow, Arms, Avosetta, The Din, The Talks, Romance, The Cramatics, Walk The Night, West Of The Sun, Chasing Cadence, Dumjaw, St Pierre Snake Invasion, Sondura, Kerri Watt, Shea, Star Scream, Milk N Kinski, Johnny Walker and Sean Grant.

These bands join already announced acts such as The Blackout, Orange Goblin, Ginger Wildheart, Hacktivist and The Virginmarys plus a host of others.

Organiser Chris McCormack says:

“It’s great bands like Reverend & The Makers are playing along side the likes of The Blackout, Ginger Wildheart and Orange Goblin as well as all this new talent. It’s a real good mixture and there’s still loads more to be announced.”

Last year’s event was a sell-out with over 150 bands taking over Camden. Bands such as Therapy? The Rifles, Hawk Eyes, Rise To Remain, Turbowolf, Fearless Vampire Killers, The Computers, Lost Alone and many more joined forces with legends such as the Sex Pistols guitarist Glenn Matlock and Carl Barat from The Libertines.

Early bird tickets, priced at £20, are now available. For tickets, a list of venues and the line up so far, head over to the festival's website camdenrocksfestival.com.
