In addition to a date at London's 100 Club, Paul Weller will play Bush Hall and Dingwalls next week to celebrate the release of 'More Modern Classics'.
The three dates sold out almost immediately after going on sale as part of the album's pre-order bundle, with Weller heading to Bush Hall on May 19, the 100 Club on May 20 and Dingwalls on May 21.
'More Modern Classics' collects material from the last 15 years of the Jam founder's solo career. Discussing the compilation, he said:
"This is just another few chapters of my life’s work, a journey which I would hope you would come with me on. The music on this compilation is over 15 years but for me it feels like it could be five or six years. I’m rushing through like, I can’t slow it down. I’ll cling on tight and see where it ends up."
In addition, Weller will play Warwick Castle, Cardiff Castle and Audley End House this summer, along with appearances at Forest Live, T In The Park and Mouth Of The Tyne.
