We Were Promised Jetpacks will release their third album, 'Unravelling', on October 6 via FatCat records.
The Scottish indie powerhouse have also unveiled an AudioTree live session video for their new track, Night Terror, taken from the upcoming album, the follow up to 2011's 'In the Pit of the Stomach'.
Speaking about the video, Adam Thompson says:
"During our tour of the US earlier this year we were invited to do a session for Audiotree in Chicago. It was snowing that day and they gave us coffee and sandwiches so we were all happy. We were really pleased with how it turned out and everyone who was involved with it was really nice and they were total pros. The presenter was dancing off camera and it made for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere! We recorded Night Terror with the hope of using it to promote our new album and I'm glad we did. Hope you enjoy it.”
The band have previously announced they will hit the road for a UK and Ireland tour this autumn. The trek gets underway in Cork on September 11 before heading to Belfast, Derry, Dublin, Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Manchester, Brighton and London.
