In one of the least surprising u-turns of all time, Death Grips have confirmed a slate of US shows as the first part of a world tour.
The band, who had trumpeted their split prior to the release of their new double album ‘The Powers That B’ later this month, have been mischievously busy of late, with the surprise release of ‘Fashion Week’ also keeping them fresh in the mind.
Their US tour will begin in Seattle on June 19 and ticket listings have emerged for a number of shows prior to a March 27 on-sale. The band wrote on Facebook: “WORLD TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT here is the first North American leg. more dates to be announced, including: Sacramento, Los Angeles, and various international locations.”
