Toseland have shared the video for the title track of their new EP, 'Hearts And Bones'.
The EP follows up their 2014 debut album, 'Renegade', and is due out April 5. Check out the video below.
Following the release of the EP, Toseland embark on a 14-date UK tour, starting at Brighton's Green Door Store on April 7. Tickets are on sale now.
