Little Boots has shared her video for Better In The Morning.
The track is the first to be taken from Victoria Hesketh's third LP, 'Working Girl', which is due July 10 via On Repeat. The video, which you can check out below, was directed by London based art director and stylist Nova Dando. Discussing it, Hesketh said:
“The song is about a walk of shame so I loved the idea of tying it in with the ‘Working Girl’ album theme, that this girl can go out all night and still get to work on time looking chic hide her hangover and still smash the day! The idea for the video came from a kind of mash up of Cher from Clueless’ computerized wardrobe and those mix-and-match flip books I remember from being a kid. Combined with my ongoing obsession with gifs, shades of beige and dressing up like a yuppie, Nova was on completely on the same page as me.”
Little Boots will play a one off London show ahead of the release of her new album. She will call at Oslo on July 7.
