Band Of Skulls will release their new album, 'By Default', in May.
The follow up to 2014’s 'Himalayan', which was written in a Southampton Baptist church, is set to arrive on May 27 through BMG Recordings. Discussing the album, guitarist Russell Marsden said:
"It’s definitely a new era. The first three records were like a trilogy, a piece of work in of themselves. We wanted to do those things, and we did them all. We took a breath, took a look at what we’d done, and started from scratch again.”
Meanwhile, check out the record's lead single, Killer, below.
Band Of Skulls have a number of UK shows lined up for the coming months, including appearances at Live At Leeds in April, the Great Escape and Liverpool's Sound City in May and supporting the Stereophonics at Cardiff City Stadium on June 4.
