Austra Release Future Politics Video, Announce UK And Ireland Shows

Austra have released a video for Future Politics.
The track shares its title with the third album from the Katie Stelmanis-led project, which is due to arrive on January 20 and follow up 2013's 'Olympia'.
In a statement about the clip Stelmanis and the director Allie Avital said:
"Future Politics is the breaking down of paradigms. In this video, we wanted to explore what a world might look like if our values were transformed: instead of glorifying labour, maybe we could learn to glorify the act of doing absolutely nothing."
Austra will play shows in the UK and Ireland next spring as part of a wider European tour. They will call in Brighton, London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Dublin between March 21 and 25. Tickets are on sale now, with prices starting at £11.00, plus fees.
